Pastor:    Matt Endris

Bro. Matt came to Fairview as pastor in September of 2006. Prior to coming to Fairview, he was pastor of the Atlanta Baptist Church in Atlanta, La. for a little over five years. He is married to Jana DeBusk of Williana, LA and they have two children, Claire and Levi. Bro. Matt grew up in Blanchard, LA and graduated from Northwood High School in 1993. He then attended the best university in Louisiana (well, that's what he says anyway) and graduated from Northwestern State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He and Mrs. Jana were married that same year and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He was graduated in 2001 earning a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages. Mrs. Jana is a graduate of Louisiana College and holds a degree in Elementary Education. Bro. Matt says, "I have found that she is 85-90% of my ministry. I could neither do what I do nor be who I need to be without her help. She is the love of my heart who completes me." Bro. Matt also loves his two children who are, as he says, "...the life of the party and joy of my heart."  He counts it a privilege to serve Christ at His church here in Fairview.

Assoc. Pastor of Education:    J Cardinell

Bro J. came to Fairview in May 2011. He graduated from New Orleans Seminary in December 2010 with a Masters of Divinty specializing in  church ministry. J. is passionate about the educational ministry of the church; it is the key to helping Christians grow in their relationship with Christ.

Along with his seminary degree, J. is a graduate of Delta State University, in Cleveland MS, and Wheaton College, in Wheaton IL. Degrees, however, are only paper. He hopes that his time at Fairview will be measured through the lense of Ephesians 4:11-14.

Music Minister:    Mike Boone

Bro. Mike and Mrs. Debbie came to serve on staff at Fairview in December of 2010. They previously served Fairview on an interim basis for nearly a year. They have brought such a warmth and personal touch to the Music Ministry, worship services, and life of the church. Life-long residents of Lecompte, the Boone's have been faithful servants of the Lord in the church and the field. Bro Mike is a farmer by trade and loves the land as well as the people. Mrs. Debbie works in the medical field as an Administrative Assistant.We are privileged to have them as a part of the Fairview family.

Youth Minister:    Joe Waller

Joe came to Fairview in January of 2011. He is a student at Northwestern State University where he is studying English. Joe is orginally from Kenner, LA, where he was homeschooled until coming to college. He seeks to live his life for the glory of God and hopes to share that passion for Christ with others as he lives for Him.

Secretary:    Cylie Davis

Cylie joined the Fairview staff in the summer of 2010. She is married to Gabram Davis and they live in the Hall Summit community. She and her husband are active members of the Social Springs Baptist Church where they serve as Youth Directors. She has become a very important part of the Fairview team with a warm personality, proficient administrative skills, and a servant's heart.
